STEM 2021 EdTalk Speaker
As a STEM 2021 EdTalk speaker, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and specialist knowledge with educators, industry and STEM enthusiasts via a filmed TED-style talk on your area of expertise.
Some suggested types of EdTalks might be:
- An exploration of new technology that is revolutionising an industry.
- A review of recent research that has assisted with understanding of how to innovate in a certain industry.
- An overview of your experience with innovation within a certain industry.
STEM 2021 EdTalk Speaker

You might choose to share practical, easily applicable workshop content including:
- Case studies on STEM education programs you’ve implemented.
- Processes to improve development or delivery of STEM education.
- STEM curriculum or syllabus development strategies.
- STEM lesson plans.

WORKSHOP PRESENTER
As a STEM 2021 workshop presenter you will have the opportunity to share your expertise, and engage educators, industry and STEM enthusiasts with a practical STEM education video workshop.

How do I become an EdTalk speaker or workshop presenter?
STEP 1:
Prepare your submission
To be considered as a STEM 2021 EdTalk speaker or workshop presenter, you’ll need to prepare:
A 200-word summary of your EdTalk or workshop
OR
A 3 minute video outline of your EdTalk or workshop (low-production quality is acceptable at this stage)
Only the best, most innovative EdTalks and practical workshops will be chosen!
• Be sure to highlight your expertise.
• Show your enthusiasm for STEM education, innovation or future careers in your industry vertical.
• Outline the outcomes your EdTalk or workshop will offer.
• Tell us why your EdTalk or workshop should be included!
Please be mindful that all EdTalk and workshop presentations will be a maximum length of 20-minutes and a minimum length of 5 minutes. Research suggests that 15 minute presentations have the maximum impact.
STEP 2:
Complete the form below and submit by 19 February 20210 to be considered for inclusion on our on-demand video lineup.
